Reviewing MTN as an Employee

Its always good to work for big operators such as MTN. Improvement in work, position, salary is always available. Stay up-to-date with telecommunication technology.

Since it is a stable company, it takes a relatively long time to get promotions. Other than that, things could be better in terms of sharing more information with staff on how we are doing in respect of the competition and what the long-term risks are, given the global trends that threaten our future strategy.

As for their products, I was not "high enough" to get any significant discounts even though I was a senior technician. More benefits and higher pay would have been nice considering that they can afford it. They can also afford to lower their prices, but of course, you will never see that really happen either.
