Reverse number issue *** to Telkom

Yoo today i feel disapointed in MTN PORTING DEPARTMENT that lady decide to reverse my number to Telkom mobile and she do so without my permit.i know what reason i use this number *** into MTN but now it on Telkom.i wish that someone assist me coz i am customer and that agent use her power as an MTN employee to abuse my right.
