Returning Defective Charger from MTN Centurion Mall Shop no 27A

Yesterday (02 December 2024) I unknowingly bought a defective 25 W Power Adapter Compact Design USB - C Port - USB Type - C to C cable (3A/1m) charger for R600.00 at centurion mall MTN shop number 27A Invoice Number: "INV ***5" Barcode Serial: "***". As soon as I got home I tried to charge my phone with the new charger I had bought from MTN and I soon realized that the charger didn't work at all. Today ( 03 December 2024) I went to the same MTN store in centurion Mall Shop number 27A to return the defective charger, I was then referred to the store manager by the name of Patience Mahlo who was extremely rude to me as I tried to explain to her that the charger I bought from the store didn't work, she then told me that there's nothing she can do as she was not willing to help me in any way
