Returned product more than a year ago

I have returned a tablet which was purchased via MTN direct more than a year ago back to promenade mtn store in fact on same day. I have had previous issues with this company regarding the paper work of return which was not my fault but the stores fault as well as lack of communication between the two parties. They confirmed it has all been resolved. This is my third complaint via hello peter relating to same issue! I just received a notification from their attorney that I should pay them within 48 hours else I will be noted as as bad debtor. I am really frustrated with this and the service of this company. I do not have any contract nor company with this MTN company and I also never wish to have because of this pathetic service.<br> Ref no: ***2
