Return my money

I’m very dissatisfied with MTNs service. I recently took. Contract with you guys online however the agreed on amount was never detucted. The first I paid the R400 as requested however the following months instead of paying the R200 I continuously paid R980 and R790 month after month. I would call them and they would throw me from pillar to post.This month they deducted R1592 in intervals. R796 on the 26 of November and ANOTHER R796 on the 28 November . I have went to the nearest shops and they spoke **** and went called the call centres with no solution whatsoever I just spoke to them now and they’re only spewing **** telling me that the money will cover this months money I should leave it how??WHEN THE AGREED AMOUNT TO BE DEBITED SHOULD BE R200?and I know very well that you will still deduct month end? You guy are a bunch of ****** who do not offer any assistance when your customers have problems with your services when we have entrusted you guys with our personal details and money.
