Return from Hell

I bought a laptop at MTN i came home used it i charged it didn't came on returned the device at MTN store never saw it they told me its in Joburg went back and forth i was told to pay repair fee of R2500 i asked what for they say mother board is damaged,till this day never got refund i paid my contract finish without the device. now on the 25 November 2020 i took an upgrade LG K61 I'm noticing that it freezes battery doesn't last so I can t return and take anything except LG ..
