Retraction - MTN is extremely bad
<p>A few weeks ago I said they were good... little did I know that those words would come back to haunt me.....</p> <p>No way have they internalised the meaning of quality, efficient customer service......Going into the store I was advised that they had not completed the service request. Then, whilst trying to solve the challenge... my, my, agent was highly confused.....Then, to crown it all......gave me a call centre number to try and resolve the query...Wait for it, I then actually called the call centre.. Eish....what a painful experience.... </p>
