Terrible customer service from MTN. I contacted them for help and was asked security questions that were completely wrong and had nothing to do with my account. Because of their own mistake, they claimed they couldn’t verify me and refused to help. This was frustrating, ***********, and a complete waste of my time. Absolutely unacceptable service from a major network like MTN. He even ended the call so that I will not be able to rate him.
