Retentions horrible service

Retentions. What horrible service. For 2 days we are trying to migrate from contact to prepaid. We paid the fees in full an still there is no assistance regarding this matter. Phone 5 times and evrey agent that we contacted said they will sort this out. There is a dual sim on contract that needs to be removed and it is the dual nr we need to port to vodacom.
