Retentions false marketing??

I received a call from one Mtn employee from retentions urging me to go and upgrade my sim. As an incentive, i was told i would get 3 months retentions credit into my account for whatever device i took( call ref no ***). Solely because of this offer, i upgraded to the Samsung S7 edge for R649 p/m. I called 808 many times and every time i am told that they sent an email/note to retentions to call me but nothing has been done.Personally i sent emais to [Email Removed] but still nothing was done. Please i want that credit (R649x3=R1947) into my account. To make matters worse, when the s7 edge was delivered, it did not have the 64GB micro sd card as advertised in the April Yellow trader. Even the person who did my upgrade confirmed that the sd card is included (call ref UV***). I complained to this person and all i get is that the matter was forwarded to the supervisor. So even the supervisor is this unreliable?? I want my credit, and my sd card. After years of being a customer to Mtn this is what i get: false marketing strategies and incomplete packages.
I want my 3 months retentions credit (R649x3=R1947)
I want my 64GB sd card
I will never upgrade again.
