Retentions department unavailable the entire day
<p>I have been trying to get hold of you the whole day , making 13 attempts to call you with in the space of 8 hours and i am still not able to get hold of anyone in your cancellations department !!!! But after waiting on hold for 15 minutes one of your sales consultants can call me to try persuade me to take out another product with you !!!</p>
