Retentions Department Needs Improvement

The general Customer Service Department is great. I have been a customer for our a decade and have no complaints whatsoever. The Customer Service Team are always polite, helpful and courteous. The problem always starts when they transfer you to other departments especially Retentions. The service at Retentions is appalling. They are outright rude and unhelpful. They consider interactions they have with Customers the way one wpuld consider going to battle with an enemy. I am not sure what their KPAs are. It took me months to have a contract cancelled despite several emails and phone calls. Instead of understanding the client's frustrations and empathizing they treat you like a dimwit or a pest. The same training given to general customer service team should be extended to the Retentions Department. They are not doing well at all.
