What an absolutely terrible company to deal with. If there was an option for '0' stars, I would have chosen that. The only way to cancel a contract is to phone them, but ended up waiting for over 1/2 an hour for them to answer the phone. I then asked them to cancel a contract I no longer need and they proceed to try convince me to keep the contract. They could not or did not want to set a cancellation date and told me it would be cancelled within 1 to 24 hours and that if I wanted to cancel it just before the DO run date, that I should phone them back just before the DO run date to do it. To avoid the pain of having to wait on the phone again, I cancelled it immediately. They have systems in place that are *****ed and only benefit them, not the users. This is a really bad company.
