*********** retentions agent did not complete upgrade 5 months ago - Moving to Vodacom

Processed a Black Friday upgrade on 08 November 2023. They sent me an email confirming the upgrade with the system generated application form attached. I found out today that the order was not completed by an *********** retention's agent. Now they telling me the order has expired and they need to give me a different deal, which is worse than the deal they gave me in November. Absolute incompetence. Moving to Vodacom.
