Retention............am I going to regret this if this is how the upgrade starts

So I have been a client of MTN now for about 20 years, last week I get a call for an upgrade and decide lets upgrade but I need wifi, everything is done great.............now I am going to pay no further communication and a week later and no device yet, I phone after 32mins on the phone the delivery company who dont listen and you have to repeat yourself over and over will contact me till now nothing.......wondering is this actually worth it?
