RETENTION QUERY
Last week Friday i called to request for retentions department to forward me my balance for the contract account as i want to pay it off and they confirmed the request has been escalated will receive feedback by Monday.
I called again on 16-08-2019 to request the same thing they confirmed it was sent to my email until now haven't received the email.
Your service is **** bull**** at its best.I NO LONGER WANT THIS USELESS CONTRACT WANT TO PAY IT OFF BUT ITS HARD FOR YOU TO FORWARD ME THE BALANCE STATEMENT
