Retention department non existent

I have been trying for almost 3 weeks now to cancel a month to month data contract and have yet to speak to a consultant. I get put on hold for up to 2 and half hours and no answer. I have spoken to consultants in the call center that have sent 4 emails now and get told someone will contact me within 48 hours and no one has yet to contact me. Failing someone contacting me I will put a debit stop on my account and will not pay for the service I am not using!!!!!
