Retention department dropping calls!!

I am so livid, retention consultant is telling me my payment isn’t reflecting however customer consultant is telling it is..... is this what your employee’s do when they want to knock off??? After spending the whole day trying to get ahold of that department it’s either they telling me that the amount I paid is incorrect or the lie that the payment isn’t reflecting or the drop the call....

This isn’t my first time encountering such service instead of brightening up my day your guys are making it gloomy....
