Retarder representatives

Hey this company a brunch of idiots , Simply things cannot be handled, I call in , to cancel a delivery due to unforeseen circumstances and ask to arrange a pick up at the store , no one in the business unit could help me but I'm expecting to pay a bill!

All I'm saying is I can lose that down payment but trust and believe your debit orders are cancelled with immediate effect and I will ensure that my company pull out of there agreement with your *** company. Brunch of clowns can't hit a damn button and change a pick up. Makes me wonder if the people working there know to to capture an account.

Does anyone in the business unit know how to write or read or even attend to inquiries cause I honestly feel like people there do not even have a matric and the damn reps that can't speak and mumble. Soft skills please teach the idiots
