Restoring my faith in customer service

I have experienced some seriously bad service in the past few weeks and with different companies! I however believe that credit must be given where credit is due! Well done to MTN SP Insurance and MTN Store in Norwood for restoring my faith and showing me that there are actually people who DO provide GOOD service out there! Firstly to Tshepo Ntswelengwe for his outstanding service in assisting with my Mom's insurance claim. He was so friendly and efficient and kept his promise to send the paperwork the same day! Well done! Then to Macey (I hope this is the right spelling) at the Norwood Mall MTN Store. I went to discuss the replacement of the handset with her. She showed me available devices, even printed the letter for the insurance claim and kept the last device for my Mom to go in and get yesterday! She was wonderful with my Mom too - my Mom is difficult (like me) and she doesn't understand technology well so this makes it hard. Macey - Thank you! You're a star and that is why I will keep supporting the MTN Store in Norwood Mall! You guys are great! Thank you MTN - you have got yourselves two star employees!
