Restore by Credibility

About 2 months ago I app**** for a wifi contract and was then told I have a "legal notice" attached to my name. This could only allude to that in MTN's records I am like blacklisted.

I haven't been with MTN for almost 2 years. But during my long-standing business relationship I haven't skip one payment. I only had a dispute when I ended my contract. My contention at the time was that the month prior to the contract ending I had free data that was carried over to the next month. In the last month of contracting I only used that data that was transferred from the previous month. Yet MTN billed me as I used data in the last month.

The dispute was resolved in my waiver and my so-called arrears were then waived. So all along they did blacklist me on their data system. The latter has a damaging impact on my credibility..........I had sent numerous e-mails to MTN and they just informed me that they have refer it to their legal division. Follow-ups seems to be fruitless.
