Thanks for the response. If it has been cancelled already then why is my name at the credit bureau. I will be lodging a dispute with ITC as well unless if up rove my name there as soon as possible because you are clearly tarnishing my name for no reason. <br> <br> Please confirm removal of my name from ITC and provide me with an updated report for confirmation thereto. <br> <br> Thanks. <br> <br> <br> Ruth.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Kindly note that the cancellation being referred to is a deactivation of the account due it being in arrears. We've perused the account and see that you were billed packet switch data call charges which is additional internet usage over and above your 2GB data bundle provisioning. Your package allowed you to continue making use of the service after you've used up your data bundle provisioning.
We've now escalated the matter directly to the management team within our Legal Department to assist you promptly.
