Response insufficient
I posted a report to Mtn on Hellopeter earlier this month and the response was incorrect and inadequate. I would like for Thebelo to contact me. ***. An amount was taken off my account on the 07/05/2015. I ended the contract in Feb. please refund me. I'm getting tired of fighting with MTN. I lodged a formal report to the Mtn email and have not yet received a response so it seems the only way is Hellopeter.

We are terribly sorry for the poor service delivery. Our management teams will be made aware of the levels of service you have experienced.
Kindly note the last invoice generated for your contract was on the 2015-02-13 and this for the amount of R 129.00. There was no debit order for this amount until the 2015-05-07. There is no evidence as to why this debit order was delayed for so long as it could be due to a system issue.
Please note our teams are working on improving the service delivery going forward.
