responce to MTN's ridiculous HelloPeter.com reply

I do however not agree with your reply as like I have mentioned I use Wi-Fi most of the time and have 500MB data included in my bundle package every month. Before the upgrade I only had 300MB of data and never used that up in a month so even with the increase in tariff there is no way I can use up 200MB of extra data and more causing me to be billed almost R300 more than agreed contract amount. For my account to be almost R300 more than the contract amount I must have used almost 300MB extra data on top of the 500MB on contract. So that works out to 500MB of data more than I had before the upgrade and by using Wi-Fi all the time that is impossible. No one has even bothered to come back to me since April when the migration was not done to say the problem has been resolved. It would appear that it is still not resolved. Personally as MTN has not been forthcoming in replying to my messages and I have to keep calling them (16 calls in one day) to rectify I feel they can write off this amount and correct the billing going forward. The number of complaints on hellopeter about billing proves MTN has a problem<br>
