Resolving a Billing problem
Despite logging calls via the corporate supplier email address, and getting officially logged numbers for INCORRECT BILLING, nothing happened / no response from MTN for a week.

In desperation I called, and managed to get through via *** (asking for billing) and Candice Oliphant listened to my billing issue and gave me a reference number re: DOUBLE charging on my account.
I was told I would be credited with the amount I was OVERCHARGED.
I thus short paid in anticipation of the credit, only to be CUT off for NON payment.
It is also almost impossible to get through via your call centre. I waited more than 30 minutes on the line for a consultant to pick up.
REFERENCE NUMBER: *** 29
Calls Numbers logged re: INCORRECT BILLING: Number: *** and ***
We are truly sorry for the delayed response and for any inconvenience caused.
We see that that your account was credited with R117.99 and there is another credit due that affected a few other customers too. The additional charges was for Blackberry services and our Billing Department will be doing a mass credit for all affected customer.
The reference number for the second credit is ***.
