I would like to compliment Mapaseka regarding her excellent customer service skills, problem solving skills and knowledge regarding the insurance process. I was very unhappy with mtn when they responded to my claim after three weeks and they was not able to resolve my issue when my phone got ******. I called my lawyers to assist, however when Mapaseka got hold of my query she responded with empathy and resolved my query within a short period of time.
