Resolved ***** case
So I had an upgrade that was **********ly done on my MTN account. The matter took very long to be given attention and had no choice but to state my frustrations with MTN here on hellopeter. I am happy to say that my case has been resolved. All the charges on my account have been reversed. The lady at MTN complaints department Roanne Juggannadh was very helpful and always got back to me. Thank you
