I don't understand what you mean when you say the data is in my phone? I want my data situation resolved. I want MTN to send me proof that I used 1GB of data in 2 days otherwise I will take this further.

Hello Karnalie76,

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.

The previous agent that responded was advising you that your data bundle amount was still available on your SIM card and not your phone.

We've now requested one of our service champions within our Prepaid Department to make contact with you and resolve the matter accordingly.
