Resolve Call - Problem not solved!

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the delay with the matter being resolved.
We've perused your account and see that you only had CLIP (caller line identity Presentation) active on your number and we've loaded an additional service CLIR (Caller Line Identity Restriction) which should allow both services to function.
Kindly can you ensure that your CLI service is active on your phone and then reboot your device and test it by making a call to a recipient within your household.
