Reserved Airtime for Data
<p>My airtime is being reserved without my concent, I am trying to purchase a data bundle package and an error saying "bundle package not compatible", however last week I could purchase it, now it expired and I wanted to buy a new package. This is the worst service I have ever received, this is not goint to look good since I will be seeing clients wanting Zahkele Futhi shares. Oh will bad mouth this company to all potential investors for shares. Wish their was a star rating that can explain my fury.</p>

Thanks for your response, I was displeased to know that after having rebooted my device, all airtime balances was cleared.
I just feel dissapointed in the low level of service I have experienced lately, I often ask what is the client to company relationship worth? You make money off me whether I am happy or not.
Im not asking for favours or hand-outs, all I want is a service which I am paying for.

Please note that after endind your data sessions the airtime is released back to you. But if the data session costs equal to rand value reserved. The system will return a zero balance.
