Reserve Airtime
<p>Can you please stop reserving my Airtime, its very annoying what you are doing. i do not like your feature, i will buy airtime if i ran out of airtime stop reserving it please. i always have to restart my phone in other to make a call</p>

Please be advised that the airtime Reserved for Data displays the airtime that has been reserved on your account for an active data session and will not be available for you to use. In order to clear this amount or make the amount available for use, please reboot your device or turn flight mode ON then turn it OFF again so that the airtime reservation clears. To avoid this from ongoing please make sure that you end or close Internet sessions/Apps when not in use and from running on the background.
Rest assured it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
