Requested for Settlement amount, NO RESPONSE

I had my contract with Nasua for as long as i could remember, we have been taken back to MTN i have been struggling with this contract that i decided to pay it up and have peace of mind, guess waht -even that has proven to be an issue, i requested for the settlement letter - before Nashua handed over my contract, and settlement amount i was given was R7k, hoever as they were in a midle of the handover, i was advised to wait and i will settle it with MTN - i requested for the settlement, the one i was given on the phone was more than what it was worth last year - doesnt make sense to me, still i was willing to settle and part ways with them, a week ago i sent an email requesting settlement letter - i am still waiting no one has eve acknowledged the email - i dont have the energy to be dealing with MNT anymore, i just want out and please help me to get them provide settlement letter
