Requested cancelation on contract
I phoned MTN's call centre on 14 April 2015 and informed them that I would like to cancel my contract that is ending on the 14th May 2015, the very helpful agent informed me that I should call them on the 14 May 2015 and we eneded the call. <br> <br> Then on the 11th May 2015 I phoned the call centre again, and again they informed me that I should call them on the 14th May 2015 to cancel the contract and we eneded the call. <br> <br> On the 14th May 2015 I called the call centre and requested the cancelation, she requested that the contract be cancelled by the \Retentions Escaltions"Dept"
