Request ignored for my IMEI number

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I send 3 emails to MTN contract , Pay As you Go and Customer care , no one responded to me with a request specified about my phone IMEI number that is not available.I have used the number with the request for more than six years started as a contract now prepaid.My I be rep**** to my request please.I attached my ID ,passport and other proof of the phone I requested for. ********** 003</p> <p> </p> <p>I need to claim my phone from insurance and request for the phone to be blocked from the network.I called centre , I was advised I cannot get such information over the phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly assist on this matter as a matter of urgency</p>
