Request for xiaomi band and TV stick

Hi am very disappointed by mtn I was at mtn quagga to apply for an upgrade iwhich I was assisted the service was perfect but the problem was when the device was delivered because they didn't have stock but i didn't get what I was promised which was the TV stick and Huawei band watch I would appreciate if I get what I was promised
