Request for refund

Mtn business can you please pay back my refund ,i have been transfered from one department to another for the past 3mnths am really fed up now ,please pay my money back my referance is BO*** i settled my account and paid more than was required as your first consultant i spoke to gave me that amount ,after review it was found that i paid extra and a certain amount was to be paid back to my acc proof of payments where requested of which i did send through from there i have been sent from one department to another
