Request Cancellation of contract - no feedback
I requested cancellation of data contract in May 2015 but got no response till 24th June after the strike. Consultant advised me to pay R253 in order to cancel the contract. It was paid at MTN store in Pietermaritzburg Liberty Mall on the 25th June. I then requested confirmation of cancellation via email because it was impossible to get through on the 808 MTN customer care number.
I received 2 emails 3 Days from each other - on 23rd June \Your contract expires 2015-11-01 and a 30 day notice period is required prior to the expiry date requesting the cancellation."Then on the 26th June - \""Your contract expiry date 2016-03-06 ...\"" This discrepancy is a shame and should be explained.
I rep**** on both emails"
