request a refund on my 30 gigabytes data

Mtn ripped me off 30 gigabytes of data which I spent cash buying them, this is due to their network issues I experienced while I was trying to update my account. Maluhle the team leader responsible for my query did not show any empathy but instead told me its my fault I lost business due to Mtn network issues. All I need is I be reimbursed for my 30gig data which I bought with my cash for business
