Request A refund
<p>Good day Alice van Merwe</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like a full Refund or Even a parcial Refund for the Service i have received from MTN Repair Centre.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am still struggling with the whereabouts of my Phone like stated in a previous Message. Please could you inform me on how i would go about getting a refund and the whereabouts of the phone i want this dealt with because it is mind blowing that i live 30 min away from the repair centre and it takes 8 days for a phone to get there.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want this sorted NOW.</p> <p> </p> <p>Reference number is REQ: ********** .</p> <p>IMEI Number: ********** ********** 6</p> <p>Reference: ********** </p> <p>Tracking number is MTHVM ********** 08</p> <p> </p> <p>My Email Address is boothroyd__r ********** <p> </p> <p>The repair Centre is Useless and Unhelpful</p>

Kindly be advised that from our side we cannot assist you with feedback why the device was sent to repairs 8 days later, we have sent tje request to the stores to intervene here.
We have passed a goodwill credit for 1 months subscription fee due to inconvenienced caused.
If you required the refund this must be a decision by repair center, we have sent the complaint to the repair center for assistance with this.
The last time I have called the repair center they informed me that the device was returned to the store, please visit the store.
