<p>But tha is wring. I dont want any contract beyond the 13th why then do you future cancel this particular line, without even asking? Who is going to pay for the service from the 14th to the 31st? This is bull! </p>

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please be advised that the last invoice you are going to be billed for finalized on the 13 July 2016. This invoice runs from the 14 June 2016 to the 13 July 2016.
We have however processed a credit request for that invoice to be credited back and credit should reflect on your MTN account withing 48 hours.
Rest assured that it is not our intention to displease you and we look forward to continue improving on our service delivery to you.

How much should I expect to be paying on my last bill please?

Sadly, something you may not be able to see is, had my request to have the number terminated on the date of expiry of my contract been done, you would be using this time for current things and serving your clients, instead, that time is wasted on my request
