Good Day , MTN agreed on 5 March and again on 17 March , 25 March and lastly 5 April that an amount of R4564,24 are payable to me . First Mrs Alice vdMerwe telephonically agreed to get approval from her departmental head and pay back the money on Tuesday 22 March , without any success, I did a report once again and Nonpumelelo under REQ *** again confirmed and agreed to pay back the money . I am really frustrated with the poor service from Mtn and all the empty promises from one person to another .<br> Are there any person in Mtn who appreciate the value of a customer that can assist me and pay back my money immediately without any further empty promises .<br> Thanking You <br> Gideon van Zyl

The credit has been passed against the account, the credit has been used against the April invoices the difference of R -4,564.24 has been requested to be refunded to the bank account.
