Good morning Itumeleng<br> According to your MTN consultants, my account was de-linked from the departmental account main account when I upgraded my handset in December 2015, NOT because of a short payment by the employer! This is January and I am a single parent, do you think I have money lying around, R 500.00 is a lot of money in my household??! MTN is absolutely doing nothing but just to brush my complaint and money off! <br> <br>
