Here I am yet again writing to find out whether or not someone will really be in contact with me particularly to keep me in the loop of how far the investigation process has gone pertaining my dispute on the account claimed has something to do with me. Someone named Siphumezo Ndokweni responded to my query and requested my certified documents however he/she had no decency to respond to any of my emails just to state or notify me of the acknowledgment of documents sent. I am still in the dark because this person really shown no empathy and enthusiasm to have this matter resolve at my earliest convenience. I got an impression that sense of urgency isn't really what MTN consider to be a key in resolving inconvenienced people - cannot say a customer because I'd never been one. It was clearly proven to me that complaining on this platform/forum is the only time you can illicit a response from them. Having said that, the afore-mentioned consultant had decency to respond to my complain recorded on the 16 Oct with only his work email address to sent through certified ID and affidavit but never had decency to respond to all emails sent to him/her.
