Thabisa please don't waste my time with useless responses is the second time now you giving me this kind of responses. I know my phone is prepaid and that was never my question, On my complain I said I need to know what depleted 3G on my phone. <br> <br> I find your response very annoying because you deliberately deviating from the original complain, so please be professional and address the customer complain
