How else am i supposed to ask assistance from you guys? you such a big company yet you lack empathy and understanding as well as accountabilty, i have done my part yet you guys dont even give me a call nothing for the past 4 months, i cant believe i went into business with you guys, it is never a good thing to regret but you are my biggest regret in business.<br> <br> For the last time please send me a statement of how much i still owe you and also show me where my payments went to.<br> <br> A company's greatest pillar is its integrity once you lose that you gonna fall hard, this message is for all the stakeholders save your company from being destroyed by hiring people that are prompt and have empathy IQ does not matter anymore.<br> <br> Oh and by the way your prompt response will be highly appreciated because you messing up my ITC profile, i take part of the blame but i want to make it right so provide me with what i need to fix the problem, i am no longer speaking as a customer but as a fellow citizen because clearly you dont understand the meaning of customer.
