Please refer to REQ:*** query reference number. The response I got does not answer my question. I am aware that my contract ends on the 19th of June, I submitted the cancellation letter as I was informed that I need to give 30 days cancellation notice prior the contract end date. I do not want to migrate to prepaid. I would not like to continue using the number after the 19th of June. I struggled to get anything done from the date I got this contract therefore do not need to make use of the number. Please confirm that this contract will be cancelled on the 19th of june 2015.
