REQ:*** Cellphone repair on warranty

This is a follow up of the response I got from Mantoa.<br> <br> Repair Centre said that they found the phone was taken for unauthorised repairs of which I dispute because I have never taken my phone anywhere else as I know I'm still covered under warranty. I know that every time my phone gives me problems I need to take it only to Edgars where I bought it.<br> <br> I was quoted R1501.13 which is the price to buy a new phone of the same model or had to pay R330.00 which I did after I have struggled to get my phone fixed and many attempts to talk to them but we never reached an agreement. I paid their R330.00 not because I agree with them but because I really need the phone to access my emails and I have been waiting for calls regarding the job applications I made and I won't stop pursuing this matter even if they returned the phone without being fixed. <br> <br> I also asked for inspection report to be sent to me but that has never happened. <br> If they decided to leave the matter I will require inspection report that will state all the things they found about the phone and it better add up because at the moment I have nothing to show that they inspected the phone apart from R1500 bill which I dispute
