I have already posted 2 complaints on Hello Peter regarding this matter, first it was Kagiso who failed to resolve my query, then it was Mantoa who asked me to fax her my contract so she can resolve my query... I have faxed my contract on 15/04/15 and nothing has been done to resolve this mess. I have signed up for a top up contract not and open line. A debit order of R1.7k went off my account on 26/04/15 this is after I called MTN on 21/04 to follow up on my query which Viwe said \should have been resolved"... I am really mad because this reflects badly on my credit rating"
