I posted a query on Hello Peter, Kagiso from MTN responded to my post ( i think the response was just to defend MTN's reputation and nothing else) my query is still not resolved! R1689.87 went off my account yesterday! I have been trying to call MTN and my calls are not being answered! I am really sick and tired of this!

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. According to our records the package we have is not a top up but an open contract, kindly fax us the proof of contract to *** in order for us to amen your contract accordingly.
