<p>Hello </p> <p>2014/01/07 I personally reported a *****ulant account that was opened on my name. I never had a contract with mtn. They requested sworn affidavit from SAPS and certifiedID copies, then I gave them. They assured me with a refund and they informed me that ,the account was closed. Since today I've never received any refund and my name is still appear not being cleared. I want to know ,why my name is still not cleared?Clearance letter . Why i was not informed about the proceedings of the investigation? Update. Why i was not refunded? I demand answers .</p>

And secondly I'mnot happy with the way you being unfair and dishonest regarding being unreliable and not keeping your promises .I'm not being updated about my query; what's happening ;what's the problem. Please I'm begging you to attend and take this matter serious
